These Booking Conditions apply to all reservations made with Drive Hurghada. By booking a transfer through our website, WhatsApp, email, or phone, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.


1. How to Book

Bookings can be made through:

  • Our website booking form
  • WhatsApp or phone
  • Email
  • Facebook or other communication channels

To complete a booking, you must provide accurate information including:

  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Pickup location
  • Drop-off location
  • Number of passengers
  • Luggage information
  • Flight details (for airport pickup)
  • Any special requests (child seat, equipment, etc.)

Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays or cancellation.


2. Payment Terms

  • All payments are made in cash upon arrival to the driver.
  • Accepted currencies: EGP, USD, EUR.
  • No online or card payments are accepted at the moment.
  • Prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once you receive:

  • A written confirmation message (WhatsApp or email),
    OR
  • A booking confirmation number through the website.

If you do not receive confirmation, the booking is not active.


4. Changes to Your Booking

You can request changes to:

  • Pickup date
  • Pickup time
  • Destination
  • Number of passengers
  • Vehicle type

We will do our best to accommodate all changes based on availability.


5. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

  • Cancellations made up to 8 hours before pickup are free.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

  • Cancellations made less than 8 hours before pickup may be considered late.
  • If the passenger does not show up at the pickup location, it will be treated as a no-show, and future bookings may require a deposit.

6. Airport Pickup Conditions

  • We monitor your flight arrival time to adjust for delays.
  • Waiting time at Hurghada International Airport is free up to 60 minutes after landing.
  • Additional waiting time may incur extra charges if significantly delayed without notice.

7. Hotel & Address Pickup Conditions

  • The driver will wait 15 minutes free after your scheduled pickup time.
  • Failure to show may be treated as a no-show.

8. Luggage & Passenger Capacity

You must ensure that your selected vehicle fits your group size and luggage.
Vehicle capacity guidelines:

  • Sedan: 1–3 passengers / 4 bags
  • SUV / MPV: up to 4 passengers / 5 bags
  • Minibus (Hiace): up to 9 passengers / 12 bags
  • Coaster: up to 18 passengers / 22 bags
  • Bus: up to 50 passengers / 60 bags

Oversized items (golf bags, kitesurfing equipment, diving gear) may require additional charges or a larger vehicle.


9. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Provide correct and complete information
  • Be ready at the pickup time
  • Follow safety instructions
  • Wear seat belts
  • Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
  • Inform us of special equipment or extra luggage in advance

Drive Hurghada reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are unsafe, intoxicated, or abusive.


10. Special Same-Day Return Discount

Guests traveling to Cairo, Luxor, or Aswan who book same-day return (go and back in the same day) receive a 25% discount on the total booking price.

This offer applies only to same-day round trips.


11. Delays & External Factors

Drive Hurghada is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Police checkpoints
  • Events beyond our control

Passengers must plan their travel time accordingly.
