These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By booking a transfer with Drive Hurghada, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

Drive Hurghada provides private airport transfers and transportation services in Hurghada and surrounding destinations. These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp.


2. Booking & Confirmation

2.1 Booking Requirements

To complete a booking, you must provide:

  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Pickup and drop-off details
  • Number of passengers
  • Flight information (for airport pickups)
  • Any special requests (child seat, equipment, etc.)

2.2 Booking Confirmation

You will receive your booking confirmation through email or WhatsApp.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.


3. Payment Terms

3.1 Payment Method

All payments are made in cash upon arrival (Egyptian Pounds, USD, or EUR).
We do not accept online payments or credit cards at the moment.

3.2 Prices

Our prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking.
No hidden fees or additional charges unless extra services are added upon request.


4. Cancellations & Changes

4.1 Free Cancellation

Cancellations are free up to 8 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

4.2 Late Cancellation / No-Show

If you cancel less than 8 hours before pickup or fail to show up, the driver reserves the right to report a no-show and future bookings may require confirmation or deposit.

4.3 Changes to Booking

Changes to pickup time, date, or destination must be communicated as early as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate changes depending on availability.


5. Pickup & Waiting Time

5.1 Airport Pickup

We monitor your flight.
Waiting time at Hurghada International Airport is free up to 60 minutes after landing.

5.2 Hotel & Address Pickup

For hotel or address pickups, the driver waits 15 minutes free before additional waiting fees may apply.


6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Provide accurate booking information
  • Be on time for pickup
  • Respect the vehicle and driver
  • Ensure luggage fits the selected vehicle type
  • Use child seats when traveling with infants (free upon request)

Drive Hurghada reserves the right to refuse service to intoxicated, abusive, or unsafe passengers.


7. Luggage Allowance

Each vehicle has a maximum luggage capacity. Passengers must ensure their luggage fits the booked vehicle:

  • Private Car (Sedan): 1–3 passengers | up to 4 bags
  • SUV / MPV: up to 4 passengers | up to 5 bags
  • Minibus (Hiace): up to 9 passengers | up to 12 bags
  • Coaster: up to 18 passengers | up to 22 bags
  • Bus: up to 50 passengers | up to 60 bags

Extra or oversized luggage (golf bags, kitesurfing gear, equipment) may require an upgrade or additional charge.


8. Special Same-Day Return Discount

For transfers to Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan, guests who book same-day return (go and back on the same day) receive a 25% discount on the total booking amount.

This offer applies only to same-day round trips.


9. Responsibilities of Drive Hurghada

We guarantee:

  • Safe and licensed drivers
  • Clean, well-maintained vehicles
  • On-time pickups
  • Fixed prices without hidden fees
  • 24/7 availability
  • Clear communication before arrival

However, Drive Hurghada is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Traffic conditions
  • Weather
  • Road closures
  • Events beyond our control

10. Safety & Conduct

All passengers must wear seat belts when available.
Smoking, drugs, and alcohol consumption inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.

For safety reasons, the driver may refuse service if passenger behavior is dangerous or illegal.


11. Use of Website

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Copy content without permission
  • Provide false booking information

12. Privacy Policy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on our website.


13. Limitation of Liability

Drive Hurghada is not liable for:

  • Lost or damaged luggage
  • Delays caused by external factors
  • Missed flights due to incorrect passenger timing
  • Personal items left in the vehicle

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.


14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a new revision date.
